We have had several ideas we were going to pursue with this building (social hall, hunting/fishing/camping store/car lot & garage). We have decided that with having two kiddos that are about to get into everything we want to leave our time open for them and not running a store or social hall. As much as we believe this place can make a strong stand in the community and a bright future as a business, we are going to focus on the kids, whether its sports, boy scouts, band or academics.
There are 38 storage units available with this property. There are 2 drive thru units that measure 10X30ft. The rest of the units are 10X10 on one side and 10X20 on the opposite side. Currently about half of the units are rented, 10X10`s = $50/month, 10X20`s = $75 month, and the 10X30`s bring in $110/month. A couple of the units need work on the garage style doors and a couple of the units do have small drips either from the moisture or roof leak.
