The front of the building offers great road frontage to be seen from Rt. 66. for any business.  The building offers a larger front covered porch with rebar loops in the concrete to lock items down with chains.  The large windows in the front and beautiful showroom add to anyone wanting to open any kind of store.
The front showroom even would make a beautiful rental hall, or floor for any type of merchandise.

A wider view of the showroom shows you the showcase back to the back wall where you can enter the back through sliding glass doors or a man door.  As you can see the ceilings have been re done and lights have been replaced.

Plenty of room to have an outdoor auction or flea market.    We held an auction for a local guy, turn out was very good.
The left hand side of the showroom offers a glass lighted showcase to highlight any items.
A view of the front storage unit section, storage units are all metal and are on a concrete pad, so if you decided to venture a different way you would have a giant concrete slab to start with.
